What we collect
When placing an order, we ask for the data needed for delivery: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and the contents of your cart. This page does not request or store bank card details. While you browse, the system records technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you open, using the cookies described below.

Who do we share the data with?
For package delivery, the courier service receives the necessary data. The payment service provider receives the data needed to process the transaction. Hosting and analytics support companies work with the data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We never sell personal data and do not pass it on to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We act in accordance with Hungarian data protection legislation, in particular the GDPR and the Info Act.
How long do we retain the data?
We store order data for the period required by accounting legislation, then delete it. We keep account-related data until the account is deleted. Analytical data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information, the data subject has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object. Security
Zolosi Természet Kft. does not collect bank card data, since payment is made exclusively by cash on delivery or direct bank transfer.
