The goods

Zolosi Természet Kft. markets: food supplements, wellness products containing bioactive plant active ingredients, vitamin and mineral supplements, and other botanical products that support everyday well-being. The products are not medicines and do not qualify as medical devices.. On the product pages we specify the contents of the package, the quantity and the packaging. Images are for illustration purposes; the box design may differ slightly.

Ordering and contract

The order is placed when you complete the payment process. We confirm it by email, and the contract becomes valid when the package is dispatched. If the product is not in stock or we cannot verify the data, we may reject the order and refund any amount already paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in HUF and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before payment. Payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If the displayed price is clearly incorrect, we may correct it before dispatch and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order.

Delivery

Why is it important to know the delivery details? Shipping costs, deadlines and options are summarised on the Shipping and payment page, and the risk of damage to the package passes to the buyer upon receipt.

Product images and colours

Why may the colour of the herbal extract packaging differ slightly from what you see on your monitor? Our photos show the actual products, but due to screen settings there may be minor shade differences, which do not constitute a defect and do not justify free returns or compensation. We describe the packaging, ingredients and box contents in detail on every product page.

Transfer of risk

How do we take care of your package during transit? From our warehouse to delivery, we are responsible for the integrity of the products, but once the courier has handed the box to you or your authorised representative, the risk of damage passes to you. If the package is visibly damaged, please make a report with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

What if you change your mind? You may return unopened products within 30 days of receipt, following the instructions in the Returns section. The rules of liability for defects and product warranty under the Civil Code apply to the products. The consumer is obliged to report their claim without delay after discovering the defect. When assessing the warranty claim, we examine the condition of the product and the nature of the defect.

• Individually made or personalized products
• Products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life before their expiration date
• Dietary supplements and cosmetics opened by the consumer that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Products that have become inseparably mixed after delivery
• Digital media or digital content opened by the consumer

Liability

Zolosi Természet Kft.'s liability for damage occurring during shipping extends up to the full value of the order, but at most up to the purchase price of the product. Liability is excluded for damage resulting from improper use, failure to follow storage instructions, or opening the product. No provision of our policy may limit the obligations imposed by mandatory legal requirements.

Age and use

Why do we set an age limit for purchases? You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Always consume herbal products according to the instructions on the box, keeping in mind that they do not replace proper daily care.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, with particular regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection, and Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts for disputes. If a question arises that we cannot resolve together, the court at the seller's registered office will decide, while preserving the consumer protection rights that apply based on the buyer's place of residence.
