Returns & Refunds
Products purchased on the Zolosi website can be returned without giving a reason within 30 days from the date of delivery. On this page we show you what conditions must be met, what to do in order, who bears the shipping cost, and how you get your money back.
Conditions
To be eligible for return, the product must be unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging, and the intention to return must be indicated within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in resellable condition. The customer bears the return shipping cost, unless the product is faulty.
Here is how you can return the product.
- Send your return request to [email protected] together with your order number.
- Wait for the return authorization (RMA number) and the return address.
- Pack the products back in their original protective packaging, making sure the security seal remains intact.
- We refund the value of the returned and inspected product within 3-10 business days.
Who pays return shipping
In the case of a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, you do not pay for the return: we send a prepaid shipping label or arrange a courier for the package. If you withdraw from the contract, you bear the return shipping cost; no other deduction is made.
Refund timing and method
We initiate the refund when we have finished inspecting the product, within 3 business days at the latest. If you paid by cash on delivery, we transfer the amount to the bank account you provided; if you paid by transfer in the first place, it will be returned to the same account. The bank typically needs 1-5 business days to process the credit.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size, variant, or product, follow the return instructions and place a new order. We will refund the price of the returned goods after they arrive. If the exchange is necessary due to our error, we will ship the new order free of charge.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch, free of charge. To do so, write to [email protected] and provide your order number. If the package is already on its way, the steps of the return process apply.
